ReformaT Venezuela offers remodeling and renovation services for homes and businesses, including:

• Whole-home remodeling
• Kitchen and bathroom remodels
• Electrical and plumbing services
• Wall coverings and flooring installation
• Painting and finishes
• Pool construction and remodeling

3. Quotes and Contracting

All quotes are detailed, fixed and in writing. The final price is maintained unless modifications are requested by the client in writing. Contracting is formalized through a contract signed by both parties.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are tied to verifiable project milestones:

• Signing and start: 10-15%
• Demolition and removal: 15%
• Certified installations: 25%
• Cabinets and finishes: 30%
• Final delivery: 15-20%

5. Warranty

We offer a 2-year warranty on plumbing and electrical installations, and 1 year on wall coverings and finishes. The warranty covers installation defects, not damage from misuse or improper maintenance.

6. Execution Timelines

Timelines are established in writing in the contract. We commit to meeting agreed deadlines, with penalties in case of unjustified delay due to force majeure causes.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content (texts, images, logos, designs) is property of ReformaT Venezuela and protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

ReformaT Venezuela is not responsible for:

• Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services
• Temporary website interruptions due to technical maintenance
• Content of third-party websites linked from our site

9. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Valencia, Carabobo.
